Here are the Top 50 Philippine employers for 2026, according to Kalibrr

Online job search platform Kalibrr has revealed its Top 50 Employers in the Philippines for 2026. As stated in a press release sent to PhilSTAR L!fe, the selection put the spotlight on organizations that are "setting the benchmark for workplace excellence through strong cultures, meaningful career opportunities, and a commitment to employee growth."

"These are workplaces that don’t just hire, but inspire. They build thriving cultures, lead with empathy, and fuel personal and professional growth," the digital recruitment platform said.

Dominating this year's list are technology and IT companies such as Google, Grab, Kollab, Siemens AG, Sprout Solutions, and Likha-iT.

There are also some firms in the food and beverage industry, like Coca-Cola Beverages, Ginebra San Miguel, Jollibee Group, Mary Grace Foods, and Monde Nissin.

Companies offering retail and consumer goods like Adidas, Colgate-Palmolive Co., Decathlon, Emma – The Sleep Company, Levi Strauss & Co., Love Bonito, and Unilever also made it to the selection.

ADB, BPI, BillEase, and GCash from the finance and banking sector are also part of the list.

Over 8 million Filipinos—from professionals and recruiters to HR leaders and independent third-party data sources—shared their insights to complete the 2026 initiative. Among the key indicators in their evaluation were employee satisfaction, opportunities for growth, organizational pride, and likelihood to recommend their employer to others.
