Your playlist can do more than entertain—it can also help save a life.

The Philippine Red Cross has shared a list of tracks with the right beat to help people maintain the correct rhythm while performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

According to the organization, the recommended rate for chest compressions during CPR is 100 to 120 per minute. Keeping to this rhythm helps ensure compressions are delivered at the proper pace while waiting for emergency medical responders.

Below are some of the songs the organization recommends to help you stay on beat while performing CPR:

  • Good Luck, Babe! by Chappell Roan - 114 bpm
  • Vampire by Olivia Rodrigo - 109 bpm
  • Cornelia Street by Taylor Swift - 102 bpm
  • We Can’t Be Friends by Ariana Grande - 116 bpm
  • Greedy by Tate McRae - 111 bpm
  • Cigarette Smoke by Olivia Rodrigo - 101 bpm
  • Woman by Doja Cat - 108 bpm
  • You’re on Your Own, Kid by Taylor Swift - 120 bpm
