A lot of us are dealing with different kinds of stress. And that is to say, we, too, have our own methods of dealing with them.
Women, especially, are “more frequently” stressed at 35%, as compared to men at 20%, according to a recent survey by Social Weather Stations (SWS). Though it may be hard to fix the root causes of stress, there are ways we can actually minimize its effect on our minds and bodies. One of which is meditation, a process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts to increase mindfullness and enter in a state of deep relaxation.
Here at PhilSTAR L!fe, we believe that finding inner peace is very important to truly feel empowered in all aspects of life. And so, to kick off our 2021 She Slays women's virtual summit, we invited Kimi Lu, a Certified Master Neuro-Linguistic Hypnotherapy Life Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, and certified NIA instructor, to lead us in a guided meditation.
