Many of us who are busy juggling multiple responsibilities often fall short on exercise. And as we know, regular exercise is very important as it is one way to relieve stress and promote good health—both physically and mentally.
Though sometimes life can get in the way (or maybe you’re less motivated to workout on some days), workouts don’t always have to be complicated. You just need to allot time for exercise and put your mind into it.
As we continue to celebrate Women’s Month, we at PhilSTAR L!fe believe that regular physical activity is essential to any woman’s overall health. And so, for our She Slays workshop, we invited Teetap Dadia of Yoga Plus to help us with an easy-to do-home exercise for women to stay fit such as HIIT pilates.
“This practice is a way for us to find mind, body connection and finding control with our limbs, with our body, and to utilize the muscles that we want to create the movements that we want to get into,” Dadia said.
