Vivamax warns against impostor pages holding 'auditions' for adult films

Vivamax has warned the public against following impostor pages calling for people to audition for roles in their adult films.

On their social media accounts, Vivamax and its affiliated pages issued a warning that they have received reports about various fake accounts, websites, and individual entities that are posing as them and have been advertising about how they are looking for actors and actresses for their projects.

In their warning, they included a screenshot of a post from an account called "Vivamax Films," where it read, "Looking for actors and actresses for Vivamax. 18+ only. Mature roles. Message us."

The film studio, however, made it clear that they do not resort to posting casting calls online.

"We want to remind you that official announcements or promotions will only come from our official Vivamax Philippines page," they stated.

"Please be cautious when engaging with pages or websites that claim to be affiliated with us. We take this issue very seriously and are working diligently to identify and take down these impersonators," they added.

In a separate post by Viva Artists Agency, they underscored that official VIVA casting calls are only posted on their affiliated pages, namely Viva Artists Agency, Viva Modeling Agency, Viva Films, Viva Records, and Viva Entertainment.

They stressed, "Any other audition or casting call that is posted in other pages and/or individuals claiming to be employees of the Viva Group of Companies are not official."

Vivamax is a subscription-based streaming account that features foreign and Filipino-made films and TV shows, with many of them categorized as R-rated.
