The candidates for Miss Grand International 2026 brought culture and glamour to the stage.
On Oct. 7, the pageant held its national costume competition at the MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand, with former titleholders Brazil's Isabella Menin (2022), Peru's Luciana Fuster (2023), and the Philippines' CJ Opiaza (2024) and Emma Tiglao (2025).
The delegates donned extravagant ensembles paying homage to their countries.
For the Philippines, Angelica Lopez channeled the eerie manananggal, complete with a towering sculpture of a woman behind her representing the mystical figure. Meanwhile, the beauty queen looked like a voodoo doll, complete with needles and button-like eyes.

The Miss Grand International 2026 will see Tiglao crown her successor during the coronation night to be held at the MGI Hall on Oct. 10.
