A journey of movement and empowerment: Do It, Lady!

Published Mar 24, 2026 9:00 pm

March is all about honoring women—their strength, resilience, and evolving roles in today’s world.

This year, Megaworld Lifestyle Malls transformed that celebration into action with “Do It, Lady!,” a campaign designed to inspire women to take charge of their health and wellness through movement, connection, and community.

Wellness in motion

The campaign kicked off on March 6 at Eastwood Mall, Quezon City, with fitness brands and wellness advocates turning the atrium into an interactive hub.

Guests experienced live demonstrations, from strength training and kettlebell exercises to dance-based routines, all hosted by award-winning actor and TV host Issa Litton, setting the tone for a dynamic afternoon.

Key wellness leaders—including Mylene Mendoza-Dayrit, president and CEO of Gold’s Gym Philippines; Fatima Nagale of Reformer Revolution in McKinley West; Bea Mendoza of Flyweight Boxing Studio in Forbes Town; Milai Tamayo Imperial of Imperial Dance Studio PH at Venice Grand Canal; and Charm Tan of Stuff’d PH—joined advocates like Dra. Carissa Canlas to show that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all; it’s about finding what works for you.

Fitness, fun, and recovery

Forbes Town came alive with indoor cycling and dance classes as women gathered and moved together in the spirit of wellness and community.

The campaign then moved across Megaworld townships, with curated fitness experiences like indoor cycling at Electric Studio, dance fitness at 808 Studio, BodyJam sessions at Anytime Fitness, and Pilates at Options Studio.

Nourishing partner offerings from Ojouz and SaladStop! supported recovery, proving that wellness is about the complete experience — movement, rest, and nutrition.

At Uptown Bonifacio, women expressed themselves through dance and discovered inner strength through Pilates, moving body and mind in harmony.

Later sessions explored holistic wellness with Surge Lifestyle’s spin and recovery treatments, Manila Padel Club’s social sport sessions, and yoga for flexibility and mindfulness. Across every location, the campaign showcased how movement and well-being can seamlessly fit into everyday life.

Red light therapy offered women a restorative boost, speeding muscle repair and improving skin wellness.
The final stretch

The campaign wraps up on March 27 at Venice Grand Canal and The Shoppes at McKinley West, featuring dance, strength training, functional workouts, and Pilates. Open to all fitness levels, the final leg invites women to continue—or start—their wellness journey in a supportive community.

Beyond celebration

“Do It, Lady!” goes beyond recognition. It’s a platform for action, encouraging women to make space for wellness amid their busy lives. Megaworld Lifestyle Malls demonstrates how urban spaces can nurture active, health-conscious lifestyles, turning movement, connection, and nourishment into a way of life.

“Wellness today goes beyond fitness spaces—it’s about creating environments where people can move, connect, and make it part of everyday life,” says Tinay Villanueva, senior AVP and head of Brand, Creatives, and Marketing at Megaworld Lifestyle Malls.

This Women’s Month, “Do It, Lady!” reminds every woman to move, care for herself, and connect with a community that celebrates wellness in every form.
