‘Create Everyday Possibilities’ spotlight: Globe female leaders on Women’s Month

Published Apr 01, 2025 9:20 am

Globe, the country’s mobile leader and consistent top workplace, is redefining employee experience with “Create Everyday Possibilities,” its new Employer Value Proposition (EVP). The EVP reflects Globe’s commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and growth to shape a brighter and more promising future for its dedicated workforce.

“We are creating a space where talent thrives, ideas flourish, and our people can create extraordinary possibilities every day. We want our employees to have the tools to bring the EVP to life in their own unique way and make a real impact—not just within the company, but in the communities we serve,” said Carl Cruz, Globe deputy CEO.

"Create Everyday Possibilities" is built around three pillars:

  • Celebrate Your Best Self - ensuring employees feel valued, supported, and celebrated as they journey towards the fulfillment of their personal and professional aspirations
  • Lead Beyond the Ordinary - providing meaningful career growth and opportunities as they work hand-in-hand with purpose-driven leaders
  • Innovate Without Fear - empowering employees to explore bold ideas, embrace new technology, and grow through continuous learning to uplift lives
  • In celebration of Women’s Month, Globe casts the spotlight on its female employees– their achievements in diverse and impactful roles in the organization and how they make a difference to customers and communities.

Globe exemplifies the strength and resilience of its women, highlighting how "Create Everyday Possibilities" is instilled in the workplace and its programs. Under the key theme, The G Network, Globe invites its employees to join an inclusive community built on encouragement, trust, and meaningful connections. The G Network is a space to share stories, open doors, and create opportunities together.

To celebrate Globe’s female employees, Globe organized several activities:

  • The G Network Roundtable, where women from diverse backgrounds got to share their stories and experiences
  • Women’s Month Cards, which allowed employees to send personalized messages of appreciation to inspiring women at Globe
  • The She-ssentials Tray, which offered curated everyday essentials in women’s restrooms to provide thoughtful care
  • Stories That Move Women Forward, a hybrid experience that showcases remarkable stories from women across the organization, highlighting their achievements and contributions to the organization

The company also reaffirms its dedication to building a workplace where every individual can excel and create a future filled with endless possibilities.

This is evident in the stories of women like Rachell Antiforda Salang, a leader in Globe's Signaling Security team, who embodies the "Lead Beyond the Ordinary" pillar under Globe’s EVP.

"Globe provides an environment where I can grow, lead with resilience, and contribute to an innovative future," Salang said.

Similarly, Feberly Baritua, product experience manager, whose journey "from conquering the cosmos as a spacecraft engineer to conquering our customers' needs," perfectly illustrates how Globe encourages its employees to "Innovate Without Fear." Feberly's story showcases how Globe empowers women to take on challenging roles and make significant contributions.

Globe also understands that personal and professional growth go hand-in-hand. Abigail Modales, a Gen Z law student and fraud forensics expert, exemplifies this, noting how Globe provides "an environment to thrive as a student and young professional," aligning with the "Celebrate Your Best Self" pillar.

And for Atty. Cynthia Millan, legal counsel and senior director who’s been with the company since 2014, Globe is truly a place where "you have the freedom and power to bring extraordinary things to life," solidifying her desire to make Globe her long-term career home.

These women, among many others at Globe, are living proof of how the company's EVP creates a supportive and empowering environment where everyone can truly thrive.

EVP launch

Held in February, the EVP launch event was an immersive experience that connected employees to the heart of Globe’s culture, with inspiring conversations from key speakers of the People Experience Team emphasizing how the EVP would shape the company’s future.

Employees also partook in professional branding activities to help them showcase their skills to a wider network. Special giveaways added a unique touch, leaving a lasting impression of the EVP kickoff.

"I’m proud to see 200+ Ka-Globe members share their journeys of co-creating our culture—stories of leading change and purpose-driven collaborations,” said Renato Jiao, Globe’s Chief Human Resource officer.

These stories are featured at www.CreateEverydayPossibilities.com, Globe's employee storytelling platform, where they can share their experiences and milestones. The initiative is seen to strengthen Globe’s employer brand visibility.

Globe, as a top-notch employer, has taken leadership in creating progressive policies, providing flexible benefits, and mental health resources to promote overall well-being, while cultivating a workplace that embraces diversity and inclusivity.

The company offers leadership development programs that connect employees with mentors and senior leaders, alongside upskilling initiatives in AI, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and UI/UX to equip them with in-demand expertise.

With this EVP launch, Globe once again demonstrates why it is one of the most sought-after employers in the country. It has, so far, earned 28 Top Employer awards and consistently ranked in LinkedIn’s Top 15 Companies List, Universum’s Top 50 Student Most Attractive Employers, the Philippines' Top 100 Employers for Fresh Graduates, and The Philippine Daily Inquirer’s Best Employers 2025.
