Bong Go, Erwin Tulfo, Lito Lapid lead April 2025 SWS survey on senatoriables
Reelectionist Bong Go is a top preference for senator in the 2025 midterm elections, according to the latest Social Weather Stations survey.
The SWS survey, conducted from April 11 to 15 and published on April 21, showed that Go led the so-called Magic 12 with 45% of intended votes.
ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo placed second with 43% of intended votes, while reelectionist Lito Lapid placed third with 34%.
Vice presidential candidate Tito Sotto and reelectionist Pia Cayetano were tied in the fourth to fifth spot with 33% each.
Reelectionist Bato Dela Rosa placed sixth with 32%, while Sen. Bong Revilla and broadcaster Ben Tulfo shared the seventh to eighth spot with 31% each.
Makati mayor Abby Binay placed ninth with 29%, while Las Piñas Rep. Camille Villar landed 10th with 28%.
Former presidential candidates Ping Lacson and Manny Pacquiao, meanwhile, ranked 11th and 12th place with 26% and 25%, respectively.

The SWS survey was based on face-to-face interviews with 1,800 registered voters.
The midterm elections are set to take place on May 12. Overseas Filipinos may vote from April 13 to May 12, while local absentees—Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Philippine National Police, and media practitioners—may vote from April 28 to 30.
There will be a total of 18,272 national and local positions in the upcoming elections.
The campaign period began on Feb. 11.
A gun ban is also in place from Jan. 12 to June 11.
