SB19's agency 1Z Entertainment is holding auditions for new girl group
Ever dreamed of becoming part of a girl group?
1Z Entertainment, the agency of the P-pop boy group SB19, announced that they are seeking talented individuals to join as artist trainees.
According to its website, the audition will offer an "opportunity for aspiring artists to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a creative and dynamic environment."
Moreover, the agency said that successful applicants will have the chance to work closely with experienced artists and mentors, participate in workshops and training sessions, and collaborate on various artistic projects.
The audition is open to Filipino females ages 18 to 21 who are "willing to learn," and possess a talent for singing, rapping, dancing, and/or modeling.
Interested applicants must fill out an online form, which can be accessed here. You must also send a raw one-minute dance routine and a one-minute vocal routine of either singing or rapping.
Furthermore, the agency reminded applicants to send high-quality videos in landscape orientation. Likewise, solo performances are allowed in the audition piece. Only unlisted YouTube links of the video submissions will be accepted.
Audition Process
There will be three rounds of screening. The initial screening will be done through the steps mentioned above. Afterward, notified applicants must attend a face-to-face audition, where a panel will further review their performance and interviews.
The audition team will conduct the final deliberation. Qualified trainees will receive a final call and will do the contract signing.
Further details, such as the final number of trainees to be accepted and the potential debut date for the new girl group, have not yet been disclosed.
The application period started on June 8 and will be open until Saturday, June 29.
