History has been made! Vanessa Pulgarin is officially the first-ever Miss Grand International All-Stars queen.

The Colombian beauty queen bested a total of 55 pageant veterans at the inaugural pageant held on Saturday, May 30, at the Bravo BKK Mall's MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand.

The grand finale was hosted by Ecuadorian actor and host Danilo Carrera, alongside reigning Miss Grand International 2025 Emma Tiglao and Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee.

The tension in the venue was palpable as the final cutoff came down to Top 3. Ultimately, the newly crowned queen secured her victory through a stellar showing in the critical question and answer round.

During the final Q&A portion, she was asked: "What qualities do you posses that make you a star and allow everyone to see it clearly?"

Pulgarin confidently answered: "I am born for this. This is my big dream. Doesn't matter what door is closing, you need to trust yourself. Does somebody, if a person say 'No, you can't do [it].' You can, because we are power we are disciplined and I'm here because I want to win MGI All Stars because I'm born for the space I'm born for the connection with the people I'm here because I work hard for my dreams."

Her final performance won over a distinguished panel of judges. Evaluating the contestants were musician Omar Harfouch, Filipino footwear designer Jojo Bragais, Miss Grand International titleholders Abena Appiah and Isabella Menin, former Miss Universe queens Natalie Glebova and Lupita Jones, environmental activist Psi Samut Scott, and legendary beauty pageant entrepreneur Osmel Sousa.

Rounding out the Top 3 are 1st Runner-Up Faith Maria Porter of Ghana and 2nd Runner-Up Huong Giang Nguyen of Vietnam.

The first MGI All-Stars pageant has already cemented its legacy as a game-changer in the industry. The inclusive format welcomed seasoned pageant veterans up to the age of 40, including married women, mothers, and transgender women.

While Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados successfully waved the flag with her Top 5 finish, her fellow Filipina representatives put up a fierce fight. Miss International Queen 2022 Fuschia Anne Ravena, Noble Queen of the Universe 2025 Alexia Nuñez, Miss Philippines Earth 2016 Imelda Schweighart, and Universal Woman Arabia 2025 Keylyn Trajano all showcased incredible performances before bowing out of the competition.
