A woman who had no idea she was pregnant welcomed a baby while she was at work in Iowa.

Local media outlets like KCCI reported that the woman named Amethyst Blumber gave birth to a boy in the middle of her work day at a FedEx facility in Grimes, Iowa.

Blumberg told the outlet she was at her shift at around 8 a.m. when she felt an urge to go to the restroom.

"After that, I couldn’t even get off the toilet," she said. "I get up, and I'm like, I feel his head."

After opening the door, Blumberg was able to call for help. The Johnston-Grimes Fire District arrived at 8:29 a.m., minutes before the delivery, and was able to help her and bring her to the hospital.

She named her son Onyx King Easterlie. He weighed 2.7 kilograms at birth.

The mother of two claimed she showed no signs or symptoms of a pregnancy.

"With my first one, I had all the symptoms,” she told KCCI. “With this one, I had nothing at all. I was even losing weight at work."
