A P100,000 reward is now being offered to anyone with information that could lead to finding Miss Grand Philippines 2023 bet Catherine Camilon, who has been reported missing by her family since Oct. 12.

According to the Philippine News Agency, Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste in an interview said he is personally offering the reward and is now in touch with Catherine's family to help with the case.

"I visited this morning at the family home of Ms. Catherine Camilon. I listened to their story and contacted the Tuy police to find out the latest developments in their search and investigation," he said.

PNA reported that the Philippine Coast Guard is also coordinating with the Philippine National Police to reinforce the search for the missing beauty queen. PCG Commodore Geronimo Tuvilla said they are looking through the passenger manifests of all the ships that left the Batangas port since the day Catherine went missing and are monitoring signs that her car passed through it.

Batangas police chief Col. Samson Belmonte, meanwhile, said he has asked all police stations and units in the province to "intensify efforts" to find Catherine. They are now closely working with the Tuy municipal police station for leads in line with the missing person's whereabouts.

Those who can provide information that could help locate Catherine can contact the Tuy municipal police station at 09985985711.

In a Facebook post on Oct. 13, Catherine's sister Chin-Chin called on the beauty queen's colleague who was with her the night before she went missing to help them reach her. Chin-Chin said Catherine called at 8 p.m. on Oct. 12, but her phone went dead the next morning.

Chin-Chin wrote more posts about her sister, including her car's model and plate number.

She also shared a poster indicating Catherine's age (26), height (5'6"), and their mother's mobile number.

Catherine joined Miss Grand Philippines last July, during which Nikki De Moura of Cagayan de Oro won the crown.

Aside from being a beauty queen, Catherine is also a public school teacher in Tuy.
