As travelers fly in and out of NAIA this Undas, JoyRide Super Taxi is ready for them 24/7 at its new Airport Transfer Lounge at Terminal 3, now in a bigger, enclosed space beside Gate 6 in the arrivals area.
Passengers can walk in for a premium airport ride, no app needed, or pre-book through the JoyRide Superapp, Klook, or Trip.com. Every trip is handled by JoyRide Super Taxi’s dedicated airport fleet and professional drivers.
A bigger space, with staff ready to help
The new lounge replaces JoyRide’s former open-area counter with a bright, modern, enclosed space. Its glass-front entrance and illuminated JoyRide Super Taxi Airport Edition sign make it easy to spot from the arrivals walkway.
Inside, customer service assistants help travelers arrange their rides. Passengers simply give their destination, receive their fare upfront, and pay. Their assigned driver then assists with their luggage and accompanies them to their Super Taxi.

Arriving at NAIA Terminal 3 without a scheduled ride? Here’s how it works:
- Collect your luggage and exit to the NAIA Terminal 3 Arrivals Area.
- Head toward Gate 6 on the right side of the terminal, and look for the illuminated JoyRide Super Taxi sign.
- Give the customer service assistant your destination, receive your fare upfront, and pay by cash, card, or e-wallet.
- Meet your driver, who will assist with your luggage and accompany you to your vehicle.
No app or advance booking is needed.
