Yen Santos has dispelled rumors that she has a love child with former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis "Chavit" Singson.

Santos addressed the persistent speculation in a vlog titled "Questions I Am Desperate to Answer" on her recently launched YouTube channel.

In the video, the 32-year-old actress was asked, "What's one rumor about you na hindi totoo?"

He's my youngest brother. Tatlo kaming magkakapatid."

Yes, malaki na siya, he's 11 years old.

The actress added that Singson is a good family friend and is even the godfather of her brother.

She also expressed her dismay that her brother had been dragged into the baseless rumor, which she stated had been circulating since the beginning of her career.

A Faraway Land actress said.

Nonetheless, she's open to having Singson on her channel so he can clear the allegations himself.

Santos debuted in Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash in 2010. She gained prominence in the drama series Pure Love, an adaptation of the South Korean television drama series 49 Days

In 2022, she won the Best Actress award at the Gawad Urian Awards for her role in A Faraway Land, a film in which she starred alongside her ex-boyfriend, Paolo Contis
