ABS-CBN, Villar's AMBS formally announce partnership to bring Kapamilya shows on ALLTV
ABS-CBN and the Villar-owned Advanced Media Broadcasting System (AMBS) on April 23 have officially announced their partnership to bring Kapamilya programs on the free-to-air Channel 2 ALLTV.
ALLTV has aired TV Patrol, the country’s longest-running primetime newscast, since April 15. Nostalgic Kapamilya shows under the Jeepney TV brand, meanwhile, will start airing on May 13.
Starting May 13, ALLTV viewers can catch selected all-time favorite Kapamilya shows from Jeepney TV during various times of the day, and during primetime, after the TV Patrol newscast.

During the contract signing at the Brittany Hotel Villar City in Cavite, ABS-CBN President and Chief Executive Officer Carlo Katigbak said they’ve been discussing the partnership for a long time.
“We are very excited to bring the ABS-CBN brand of storytelling through the audiences,” Katigbak said.
He noted that it’s “sentimental” for TV Patrol to return to Channel 2, which AMBS acquired after ABS-CBN lost its franchise in July 2020.
Katigbak also urged everyone to try and put the past behind them.
“[Let us] instead our mission to serve the Filipino, wherever they may be,” he said.
Now on ALLTV, TV Patrol airs on weekdays at 6:30 p.m., anchored by the well-renowned team of Noli de Castro, Bernadette Sembrano, Karen Davilla, and Henry Omaga Diaz. TV Patrol Weekend airs on Saturdays and Sundays at 5:30 p.m., with Zen Hernandez and Alvin Elchico at the helm.
ABS-CBN said viewers can still catch the newscasts on A2Z, Kapamilya Channel (cable), ANC, Teleradyo Serbisyo, and DWPM radio.
