They’ve aptly been called Lifemalls because they’ve not only been our go-to shopping/dining/leisure destinations, but they’ve also become part of our lifestyle. And now, Lifemalls, a Filinvest group, celebrated its strong—and growing stronger—partnership with its tenants as it unveiled the Lifemalls Pioneer Awards in the Tenant Appreciation Night.

The Lifemalls Tenant Appreciation Night recognized the remarkable contributions of the mall tenants and highlighted the strength of partnerships and their positive impact on the community. The evening brought together tenants, partners, and stakeholders to raise a collective toast to their partnership, grounded in common values and their shared journey to growth and success.

This year’s celebration was held last September 28 at The Filinvest Tent.

Celebrating everyday moments

Today, there are four Lifemalls that offer a wide range of shopping, dining, and leisure options for varied lifestyles, from regional shopping centers to community malls. These are Festival Mall in Alabang, Main Square in Bacoor, Fora Mall in Tagaytay and IL Corso in Cebu. These Lifemalls bring together a redefined lifestyle of safety, comfort, and convenience to the communities where they are located.

Presented were seventy-eight (78) Pioneer Awards to the first movers of Lifemalls. The Lifemalls Tenant Appreciation Night is a pivotal event, celebrating its valued tenants’ contributions and cementing its industry reputation as a dedicated and trustworthy partner for all.

Filinvest Malls Cainta is an exciting destination for mall-goers with its fresh retail landscape mixed with modern architecture.

Expect a diverse portfolio of upcoming retail properties managed by Filinvest Malls, including Filinvest Shoppes Mimosa in Clark, Pampanga, Studio 7 in Quezon City, Filinvest Cyberzone Cebu Towers 3 & 4 in Cebu City and The Village Front in Brentville, Laguna.
