Miss Universe 2025 coronation night set for Nov. 21
The date is set for Miss Universe 2025!
The Miss Universe Organization announced on Instagram that the 74th edition of the pageant will be held on Nov. 21 at the Impact Muang Thong Thani in Thailand.
"The land of smiles welcomes the 74th Miss Universe Competition. Thailand is waiting for you," it said.
On Feb. 8, The MUO revealed that this year's competition will be staged in the Southeast Asian country. In a teaser, Miss Universe 2024 Viktoria Thaelvig received a phone call from a mystery caller. The caller said, "The people have decided," leading into a montage of beautiful Thailand.
Previous editions of the pageant were held in Mexico, El Salvador, United States, Israel, and the Philippines.
The MUO previously announced that the Philippines, along with Spain, Costa Rica, South Africa, Nigeria, and the Dominican Republic, were being considered as potential host countries for this year.
Thailand has hosted three times (1992, 2005, and 2018). Pinay beauty queen Catriona Gray won the prestigious title at the same Impact arena in 2018.
Canada's Natalie Glebova and Namibia's Michelle McLean also took home the crown in Thailand in 2005 and 1992, respectively.
