In light of Filipino commuters’ struggles, the government and various companies are offering free and discounted fares to ease the hassles brought about by increased public transportation fares and public transport shortages.
To help you deal with the daily struggle, we've listed down some free ride options and discounted fares for commuters, especially students and teachers.
