The midterm polls are taking place on Monday, May 12, and you can enjoy some freebies and discounts from various brands if you show up at your precincts and exercise your right to vote.
From free donuts to 50% off on coffee and beyond, here are some rewards you can score as a voter on Election Day.
Dunkin'
Dunkin' is offering a free classic donut when you buy hot or iced coffee in large until 6 p.m. Note that you would have need to present your inked finger for validation.
Krispy Kreme
Love Krispy Kreme donuts? You can enjoy a pre-assorted dozen of it for P349, letting you save P156 if you vote in the elections.
Starbucks
You can also show your inked finger at any Starbucks store to enjoy a free single upsize on your drink purchase. Note that the offer is valid only on any handcrafted beverage this May 12 for a maximum of two beverages per transaction. This is available for dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru orders.
ZUS Coffee
You can get a drink at ZUS Coffee for half its price with every purchase of one cup. The offer is valid for walk-in orders only, and each customer is limited to one redemption per day throughout the promotion period. Note that it's only available for handcrafted drinks and does not apply to discounted price items, cakes, pastries, hot meals, or any additional charges for modifiers to the standard drink, including extra shot, extra syrup, extra drizzle, soy milk, and oat milk, among others.
Dairy Queen
Here's something to keep your cool after dealing with crowds and the crazy heat at your voting precinct. If you buy a Regular Strawberry Graham or Coffee Crunch Blizzard from Dairy Queen, you can get a free upsize to medium. Just show your finger marked with indelible ink upon purchase.
J.CO Donuts & Coffee
You can upsize your uno or duo J.COFFEE drink for free when you show your voting finger on May 12. Available for dine-in and take-out in all J.CO stores nationwide, the offer also comes with a glazzy donut.
Serenitea
Who can say no to a refreshing treat from Serenitea for exercising their right to vote? The milk tea brand is offering a 20% discount on one drink and/or one snack of your choice! It's valid for all available payment methods at the store.
Chowking
Voters/halo-halo lovers, rejoice! Chowking is offering an election day perk where you can get one free Halo-Halo Supreme when you buy two of it. You can also get an additional scoop of ice cream for free and save P70 when you present your inked finger in any of their stores.
Jamba
For Election Day, Jamba launched its “Power to the People and Their Smoothies!” promo, offering a Buy One, Share One deal on select 16oz smoothies such as Strawberries Wild, Banana Berry, and Razzmatazz. The deal is available in all Jamba stores except for Ayala 30th and Nuvali for in-store and delivery transactions.
Grab
Grab is making it easier for you to get to your polling precinct with its P50 discount offer on GrabCar rides. Just use the promo code RIDETOVOTE and enjoy your ride to your designated voting location for less.
IKEA
Who loves Swedish meatballs? IKEA is offering a 15% discount on 12-pcs. Swedish meatballs until 9:30 p.m. on May 12. You just need to show your indelible ink mark at Level 4, Swedish Restaurant of IKEA.
Fruitas
Up for something refreshing? You can enjoy an upsize Fruitas shake when you show your indelible ink. The promo is only available at these stores.
Pares Retiro
Pares Retiro is giving away a free saba con yelo to customers until May 18. You just need to show your inked finger and enjoy this cool treat with a minimum purchase of P299. Take note this is available for dine-in transactions in select branches.
Johnn Lemon
You can also get a free upsize of your lemonade drink at Johnn Lemon when you show your indelible ink mark in select stores until May 13.
Cha Tuk Chak
Calling all milk tea lovers! Cha Tuk Chak is offering two options as the brand's "simple thank you" for voting in the midterm elections. Just show your marked finger to get P15 off in any drink or 2x free pearl add-on. This is available in all Cha Tuk Chak's branches nationwide for walk-in customers.
Shakey's
Craving Shakey's Classic Hero Sandwich? If you voted, you can enjoy it for only P99 instead of P139 in all Shakey's stores except MCIA, NAIA, Boracay, Palawan, Zamboanga and EK. This is available for dine-in and takeout transactions for a maximum of two orders per guest.
