LTO suspends license, summons vlogger in Pasay road rage incident

The Land Transportation Office is taking action against a vlogger involved in a viral road rage incident in Pasay City.

The vlogger known as Aberya Thingz made the rounds on social media after being seen in a video allegedly refusing to be overtaken by other vehicles on the road. At one point, he can be seen banging aggressively on an L-300 van’s windows and yelling insults at the driver after stopping at an intersection.

In a statement on Monday, January 26, the LTO said it has issued a show-cause order against the vlogger and suspended his driver's license for 90 days. His vehicle has also been placed on alarm status to block any transactions.

The vlogger is given until Jan. 29 to explain why he should not face administrative charges for reckless driving and being unfit to operate a motor vehicle.
