Up for an Italian brunch? a mano now serves it all day

Published Apr 08, 2026 3:53 pm

Brunch just got a little more flexible—and a lot more indulgent.

a mano, known for its handmade pasta and world-class pizza, is now serving brunch all day, every day, letting diners ease into Italian comfort food whether it’s late morning or well into the afternoon.

Instead of the usual eggs and toast, a mano serves brunch its own way, with hearty portions and familiar flavors.

The menu includes dishes made for sharing. The ribeye steak with scrambled eggs and bistecca rice is designed for two, offering a filling option that can easily double as lunch. There’s also a full Italian breakfast platter for two, with Maritozzo buns, eggs (fried or cacio e pepe-style), Italian sausage, spicy salami rice, sautéed mushrooms, thin slices of guanciale, cotechino nuggets, and cherry tomatoes.

Brunch for two, Italian-style

Egg dishes take center stage but with an Italian touch. The Maritozzo eggs Benedict swaps the usual English muffin for a soft bun, topped with salmon gravlax, a poached egg, and hollandaise, balanced with a lemon vinaigrette salad. The cacio e pepe scrambled egg toast pairs creamy eggs with crispy pancetta on sourdough.

From Benedict to cacio e pepe, eggs take center stage.

The uova al purgatorio features eggs in a Parmigiano sauce with stracchino and Fiordilatte, served with garlic bread. The prosciutto truffle egg toast offers a richer flavor, best paired with a cappuccino.

Lighter options still carry the same quality. The Bismarck pizzette is a breakfast-style mini pizza with housemade sausage, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, Fiordilatte, and basil, great with fresh orange juice.

End on a sweet note. Panettone French toast and affogato make for the perfect morning treat.

For something sweet, the panettone French toast is made with dulce de leche panettone, maple syrup, and whipped butter. The affogato pairs burrata soft serve with Passalacqua espresso and biscotti.

The all-day brunch adds to a mano’s growing reputation. The restaurant recently ranked ninth on the 2026 Asia-Pacific list of 50 Top Pizzas.

Known for classic and contemporary Italian dishes, a mano cooks its pizzas in a Valoriani oven certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, a mark of authentic Neapolitan pizza-making.
