McDonald's introduces Choco Lava Puff, Taro Custard Pie after dropping Apple Pie from menu

Sad to see the McDo Apple Pie go? The fast food brand has introduced two new desserts you might like.

McDonald's just added Choco Lava Puff and Taro Custard Pie to its menu, which you can enjoy starting July 3.

"Namiss din namin yung umalis, but maybe you’ll have new feelings for these new fillings? Try niyo lang," McDo captioned its Facebook post on the new offerings.

The Choco Lava Puff (P77) is a flaky pastry filled with chocolate, while the Taro Custard Pie (P51) contains real taro chunks.

The new desserts come just days after the Apple Pie was officially removed from the menu after being around for decades.
