This August, several airlines are offering promotional fares to popular local and international destinations. Before mapping out your itinerary, check out these flight deals that can help you save on your next trip.
AirAsia
Whether you're flying within the Philippines or heading abroad, AirAsia's 8.8 sale lets you book one-way base fares for as low as P188. The promo includes flights to Kalibo, Tacloban, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Iloilo, as well as international destinations like Bangkok and Macau. The promo covers flights until July 31, 2027.

Cebu Pacific
Have other local destinations in mind? You can score flights for as low as P199 to destinations like Davao, Clark, Zamboanga, Butuan, General Santos, and Cebu when you book with Cebu Pacific.
International destinations are also on sale, including Kaohsiung, Ho Chi Minh, Osaka, Guangzhou, and more. The promo is valid for flights until Jan. 31, 2027.
Note that the estimated one-way base fares for local and international flights include a 7 kg hand-carry baggage allowance but exclude the web admin fee, 12% VAT, terminal fees, and fuel surcharge.
For international flights, the fares also exclude the web admin fee for both short-haul and long-haul flights, as well as the P550 International Terminal Fee and fuel surcharge. Book a flight here.
Starlux Airlines
If Taiwan or the U.S. is on your travel bucket list, STARLUX Airlines is offering discounted one-way base fares until Aug. 31. Travelers flying from Manila, Cebu, or Clark can score a flight to Taipei for as low as $61 (~P3,700).
You can also book flights to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Ontario, California, and Phoenix, with Economy one-way base fares starting at $192 (~P11,700) and Premium Economy one-way base fares starting at $661 (~P40,400). This promo is valid for travel until Dec. 17, 2026.

China Airlines
Planning to visit Taiwan or destinations in North America? China Airlines is offering discounted round-trip fares until Aug. 15. Whether you're flying from Manila or Cebu, you can score a flight to Taipei for as low as $128 (~P7,800) or Kaohsiung for as low as $170 (~P10,400). This promo is valid for flights until March 31, 2027.
You can also fly to North American destinations, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, New York, and Ontario, with discounted fares ranging from as low as $340 (~P20,800) to $525 (~P32,100). The travel period is valid until Aug. 31, 2026, for the high season, and until March 31, 2027, for the low season.
Note that the quoted fares include applicable taxes, except the Philippine Travel Tax. A no-show penalty applies to passengers who fail to cancel their confirmed reservation at least 24 hours before departure. Book your flights here.
Thai Airways
Want to immerse yourself in Bangkok's vibrant heritage and food culture? Thai Airways is offering promotional fares from Manila, with one-way economy base fares starting at USD154 (around P9,400) and round-trip fares from $256 (around P15,700).
The airline is also offering discounted fares for flights to New Delhi, Amsterdam, and Istanbul.
