Coca-Cola and Oreo team up for limited edition drink and cookie sandwich
Coke and Oreo lovers are in for treat!
Have you ever imagined a cookie that tastes like soda? What about a soda that tastes like a cookie? Such a crossover is finally coming to reality.
The Coca-Cola Company announced in a press release that Coca-Cola Oreo Zero Sugar and Oreo Coca-Cola Sandwich Cookie will be its latest offerings, promising "new creative expressions, unexpected flavors, and immersive experiences."
The sandwich cookie features two signature chocolate basecakes paired with the soda's taste. It has a smooth white-colored cream and studded with red edible glitter.
The drink, meanwhile, has the same Coke flavor but amped up with flavorful, cookie-inspired hints.
The collaboration is part of Coca-Cola Creations, the company's limited edition line of its beloved drink in a bid to appeal to younger consumers.
The latest drop is the soft drink's first food partnership, according to its website.
The products will be available in September in 35 markets across the globe.
