Twitter to auction off HQ items like bird statue, electric bike charging station, and high-end kitchen equipment
Want a piece of Twitter in your home? The social media company is auctioning off dozens of items from its headquarters in San Francisco, California.
Twitter is letting go of a mishmash of items, including computer screens, office furniture, kitchen appliance, and company memorabilia through an online auction facilitated by Heritage Global Partners.
Sights for sore eyes are Twitter's three-foot blue bird statue and six-foot "@" sculpture planter.
Office items up for grabs are chairs, benches, and standing desks, as well as gadgets like conference phones, laser projectors, Apple iMac, digital whiteboards, and mobile media centers.

The online auction opens on Jan. 17, 2023, at 7:00 a.m. Pacific time (11:00 p.m. local time) and closes on Jan. 18 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time (Jan. 19, 2:00 a.m. local time), Heritage Global Partners said.
Opening bids are between $25 and $50 (P1,400 and P2,800).
The Twitter sell-off happens following weeks of mayhem in the company since billionaire Elon Musk's $44 million buyout last October.
