Excited to welcome the Year of the Tiger?

We only have a few days to go before the Lunar New Year—and whether you’re Chinese or not, many families all over the world usually celebrate this occasion with a feast believed to attract abundance and prosperity for the year ahead.

If you’re still planning for the Feb. 1 holiday, feel free to refer to our list of food promos and bundles that can make your CNY celebration bright and filling.

HongKong Date Chinese Restaurant has prepared prosperous CNY sets that you can enjoy for dine-in in Manila, takeout, and delivery. The food bundles feature crowd favorites like Prawns with Pomelo Salad, Braised Abalone Sea Cucumber Tendon with Black Mushroom, Salted Egg Fried Crab, Stewed Pork Leg, and more.

Gloria's Table has a special Chinese New Year menu, with offerings available in family and party trays. It consists of honey cashew shrimp (P699/P1,199/P1,599), steamed lapu-lapu in black bean sauce (P1,199/P1,699), and pork asado (P599/P1,099/P1,899).

Also available in a platter is Village Kitchen's best-selling Yellow Chicken & Cha Misua. The food brand is still accepting CNY orders for Jan. 31 and Feb. 1.

Mr. Cochinillo is offering its best-selling Cochinillo Del Cielo with the Taltarni T-Series Sparkling Brut for only P10,650. It's also available with the GH Mumm Champagne for P12,850.

If you opt to mark the holiday with Kutsina PH, which is known for its affordably priced Chinese food, you can place an order worth P2,000 between Jan. 31 and Feb. 1 to enjoy some free tikoy for you and your guests.

BBQ Shack PH also has CNY bundles good for 12 pax. There's one that has 36 pork bbq sticks, java rice tray, and 1.5 liter of Coke (P1,164/12 pax) and another platter with garlic sotanghon instead of rice priced at P1,514 for 12 pax. For bigger groups, they also have a combo meal with the aforementioned items but with both the java rice tray and garlic sotanghon (P1,814/15 pax).

Are you giving out some tikoy to your loved ones for good fortune? If you get ten boxes of golden tikoy for P658 each at Peking Garden, you can score another one without a cost. “The yellow golden color symbolizes wealth, the round shape represents continuity, and the sweet sticky consistency represents harmony and unity,” the Chinese food brand explained in a post.

For big groups, TuanTuan Chinese Brasserie’s CNY bundle could be your best bet. For only P2,488, you can choose from a wide selection of Chinese food—three appetizers, two rice orders, two mains (meat, seafood, or curry)—that you can devour with two crispy barbecued pork snow buns.

Feel like spending more moolah to attract abundance this year? You can't go wrong with Rizal Park Hotel's CNY set menus. One is priced at P24,800 with roast duck cold cuts, hot prawn salad, sharksfin chicken soup, steamed lapu-lapu with light soy sauce, abalone with pork leg and black mushroom, fried crispy chicken, crab with salt and pepper, and chilled mango sago, while the other costs P27,800 with 1/2 suckling pig with seaweeds, deep-fried Chinese balls, seamoss seafood soup, steamed lapu-lapu with light soy sauce, abalone with sea cucumber and black mushroom, braised patatim, crab with ginger and onion, seafood misua, and hot taro sago.

If you want to enjoy a CNY buffet with your family instead, you can check out Six Doors 3D BBQ Buffet in Bonifacio Global City. A tip: book your reservation on or before Jan. 29 to get a 22% discount and a chance to win a family buffet for six.

Craving something chocolatey? The Molten Drive has a crowd favorite choco lava cake—this could be the best time to try it as the brand has a Buy 2, Take 1 promo running until Jan. 31 to welcome the Year of the Tiger.

Chunkie PH also has a special treat for cookie monsters. Until Feb. 1, the brand is giving away a box of cookies for free for every purchase of two boxes. Sounds tempting, yes?
