Hikiniku to Come has won foodies over with its dining format built around the belief that food is best enjoyed as soon as it's made.
First introduced in Japan in 2020, the food spot lets you enjoy Hamburg at its freshest.
Every morning, the restaurant grinds its 100% beef in-house, carefully managing the temperature and timing to keep every batch fresh and consistent in flavor and texture.
Instead of having the Hamburg ready in advance, Hikiniku to Come shapes the patties and cooks each portion fresh upon order so you can enjoy it straight from the grill.
The Hamburg is then served over hot, freshly cooked rice—previously soaked for 48 hours and cooked in small batches every 20 minutes throughout the day to keep it fresh.
Hikiniku to Come Philippines opened in Bonifacio Global City in October 2025. Its SM Megamall branch will open on Sept. 18 at 3/F Mega Fashion Hall.
