There are not enough days for the weekend but what better way to spend it than with your loved ones?

Take some time off and bring yourselves, your families and friends, and even your furbabies on a date because it will surely bring a week of content. Now get off your couch and plan your weekends right without having the need to empty your wallets.

There is a lot going on around the metro but PhilSTAR L!Fe was able to come up with a list of upcoming events that you can check out over the weekend.

Box-All-You-Can, Glorietta

Have your boxes ready because you can fill your own containers with locally-produced fruits and vegetables at Glorietta’s Box-All-You-Can, a shopping game designed by Rural Rising Philippines for the benefit of local farmers.

Shoppers can have fun and stack their boxes to the brim with produce in ten minutes for only P699. Run to the Ayala Malls Glorietta Activity Center on July 16 to 17 from 11 a.m to 7 p.m. There is no weight limit but the organizers require all participants to bring a box that is 14”x14”x8” in size.

Help farmers to live and plant another day by purchasing your tickets and getting your Glorietta Box at Shop.ruralrising.ph.

Townie Pet Pal, Alabang Town Center

Have your dogs romp and connect with their breed-mates at Alabang Town Center’s Townie Pet Pal on July 16, 23, and 30. Let your fur babies join the weekly meet-up and enjoy special treats and surprises at their own social playground.

Dachshunds, Corgis, Shih-tzus, and Toy Poodles are welcome on July 16; Labradors, Golden Retrievers, Huskies, and Belgian Manios may come on July 23; while Chihuahuas, Beagles, and Pomeranians can join in the fun on July 30.
Townie Pet Pal will be giving pet-friendly treats from Wallflower Cafe, Coffee Bean, and Tea Leaf for the first 50 dogs per day.
To complete your pooch party, more booths and freebies will be given from Hello Furry PH, Nauts and Vectors Company Inc., True Value, Olive Company, and Dogs and the City. UFOTO PH will also set up a photo booth for those who want to take a family portrait with their furbabies.

The event is free of charge and furrents can also apply for an Ayala Malls Pet ID at no extra cost at the Concierge.
Coffee Street Pop-up, SM Megamall
