Vietnam Airlines to launch direct flights from Manila starting June
Flying to Vietnam just got easier!
Vietnam Airlines, the country's flag carrier, announced on April 8 that they will be opening direct flights from Manila, Philippines starting June 17.
This is the first time a Vietnamese airline has offered this option, making it easier for Filipinos to explore Vietnam's vibrant cities and stunning landscapes.
"This milestone not only expands our global flight network but also strengthens economic and diplomatic ties by linking Manila to the capital city of Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City – the leading economic centers in Southeast Asia," it said in the post.
The airline will offer Manila to Hanoi flights three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays; and Manila to Ho Chi Minh City flights four times a week, departing on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

The fare already includes a 10kg carry-on baggage allowance and a 23kg checked baggage allowance for all flights.
