Attention online shoppers: The new TikTok Shop Mall is here

Love shopping online? If you’re up for an elevated e-commerce experience, TikTok just launched TikTok Shop Mall—an exclusive, by-invite-only offering on the platform that puts the spotlight on small and midsize businesses in the Philippines, as well as the authenticity and quality of their products.

TikTok Shop Mall features various labels in the country, making genuine items more easily accessible to Filipinos as it highlights TikTok Shop's “pivotal role in fostering trust for international and local brands.”

It has a wide selection of items in different categories—from food and beverages to fashion items and accessories. There are also must-haves for beauty and wellness, healthy snack alternatives, and items that your fur babies will love.

TikTok Shop Mall features well-known and trusted brands such as Nestle PH, Mikana, INSPI, BARENBLISS PH, Kleenfant, GMEELAN, nutrifinds, and Dr. Shiba, among many others.

According to fashion category lead Jonah Michael Ople, the country’s TikTok Shop Mall looks to “provide users with a curated and trustworthy shopping experience, reinforcing TikTok Shop as a reliable platform.”

"It represents the unwavering dedication of TikTok Shop to empower and amplify the hard work of our local partners, fostering a thriving ecosystem for brands to flourish and consumers to discover excellence,” he said.

TikTok Shop Mall does not only benefit buyers—it also provides sellers with Xtra Shipping Vouchers on top of free shipping plans. They can also enjoy exclusive brand campaigns such as slots and resources during mega double-digit initiatives. They can even raise awareness of their own brands via the Shop Tab and traffic exposure support.

Ople stressed that the new online shopping destination goes beyond being just a feature. “It's a steadfast commitment to uplifting local businesses,” he said.

“By providing a platform for SMBs to thrive alongside established brands, we contribute to the diversity and vibrancy of the e-commerce ecosystem,” continued Ople.

TikTok Shop Mall has a set criteria for its sellers, which includes “valid brand qualifications, adherence to experience metrics, commitment to exceptional customer service, provision of 100% authentic products, a 15-day return/refund policy, prompt order fulfillment with quality, participation in the Shipping Fee Program, and unwavering adherence to TikTok Shop policies.”
