Cheesecake is one of those desserts that never stops surprising. Its versatility allows it to take on a variety of flavors—sweet, creamy, tangy, and even savory—making every new piece worth trying.

But if you're looking for a fancier cheesecake fix, Burnt Basque Cheesecake by Chef Chele Gonzalez and Teri Gonzalez has introduced two new Italian-inspired flavors to elevate your dessert game.

Dubbed "The Cheesecake Mafia: Inspired by Italy. Crafted by Chele," has introduced two Italian-inspired flavors: Parmesan Cheesecake and Nutella Tarta de Queso. The latest offerings reflect the duo's passion for craftsmanship and creativity, transforming familiar Italian ingredients into unexpected takes on the brand's signature Spanish-style Burnt Basque cheesecake.

"These new creations were born from curiosity and a desire to explore new possibilities in the kitchen," shares Chef Chele Gonzalez. "We wanted to create something familiar yet unexpected, while staying true to the spirit of the brand and the recipe that has been part of our story from the very beginning."

Parmesan Cheesecake

The Parmesan Cheesecake draws inspiration from one of Chef Chele's favorite ingredients, which he has used extensively throughout his culinary career. Combining Parmesan, Grana Padano, and a secret third cheese, the cheesecake offers a rich balance of savory and sweet flavors with a bold, distinctive finish.

Meanwhile, the Nutella Tarta de Queso gives the brand's signature cheesecake a playful twist by incorporating Teri's favorite indulgence. Blending the iconic chocolate-hazelnut spread with the classic recipe, the dessert delivers a nostalgic yet elevated take on a familiar favorite.

Nutella Tarta de Queso

"Nutella has always been one of my favorite indulgences, so seeing it transformed into a Spanish-style cheesecake was incredibly special. It's playful, nostalgic, and a reflection of how much fun we had creating these new flavors together," Teri said.

The Parmesan Cheesecake is priced at P2,800 for a 9-inch whole cake, P1,600 for a 7-inch whole cake, and P350 per slice. The Nutella Tarta de Queso costs P2,200 for a 9-inch whole cake, P1,200 for a 7-inch whole cake, and P290 per slice.

Both flavors are available at Burnt Basque Cheesecake by Chele at The Podium.
