Singapore's Tiong Bahru Bakery, Common Man Coffee Roasters to open in the Philippines soon
Are you craving some croissants from Tiong Bahru Bakery? Or a cold brew from Common Man Coffee Roasters? Now, you don't have to wait till your next Singapore trip to have these because they're coming to the Philippines soon.
Jollibee Foods Corp. announced on Friday that it's bringing two of Singapore's popular coffee and bakery shops to the country.
“We are excited to enter this joint venture with FCPL (Food Collective Pte Ltd) to own and operate the Tiong Bahru Bakery and Common Man Coffee Roasters in the Philippines," JFC Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ernesto Tanmantiong said.
"These brands will be a strong addition to JFC’s foreign franchised brands and will allow JFC to capture an even greater opportunity and strengthen JFC’s position for further growth in the Philippine market," he added.
In case you've never visited the Tiong Bahru Bakery, its best sellers include, of course, their croissants. They come in different flavors like almond, green tea almond, and almond chocolate. Its pan au chocolat and kouign amann are also popular.
Aside from baked goods, it also offers all-day dining meals like Rainbow Rice or TBB Big Breakfast.
Common Man Coffee Roasters, on the other hand, is known for its high-quality specialty coffee. Try the Cold Brew, White Espresso Coffee, and Nitro Honey Oat Latte.
It also serves brunch classics like the Umami Mushroom Avocado Toast, Smash Burger, and Sauteed Kale and Creamy Egg White Scramble.
