SUPER MATCHA brings Seoul’s cult-favorite matcha to Manila
Seoul's SUPER MATCHA, known in Korea for its premium matcha drinks, is now serving its signature green beverages in Manila.
The brand’s signature jade green color makes the cafe hard to miss at SM Megamall. The interiors are clean and minimalist, with the focus on the matcha drinks and desserts prepared at the counter.
With the shop's setup, you can watch the matcha drinks as they're made. Those curious about traditional techniques can see how they're whisked fresh by the baristas.
The menu revolves around matcha in different forms. The Super Matcha Latte offers a smooth, earthy sip, while the Oat Cream Bori Latte brings a nutty and creamy twist.
Matcha lattes sit alongside coffee drinks for those who want a familiar caffeine fix.
Prices for these drinks range from P160 to P350.
SUPER MATCHA also offers cakes and sweets designed to pair with their signature drinks, like the Black Roll, a light sponge layered with matcha cream.
All their matcha is vegan, non-GMO, and certified organic, sourced from pesticide and chemical-free farms, while the desserts use gluten-free formulations and natural sweeteners, with labels clearly showing each ingredient’s origin.
Matcha tools and essentials, including whisks and bowls, are also available for those interested in preparing their own matcha at home.
Founded in 2017, SUPER MATCHA has built a following for its premium matcha and modern approach to tea. The Manila branch is now open on the Ground Floor of the Mega Fashion Hall at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong.
