Star Wars series ‘The Book of Boba Fett’ gets first trailer
Disney Plus has dropped the first trailer for Lucasfilm’s upcoming live-action original Star Wars series, The Book of Boba Fett.
The Mandalorian spin-off series features the bounty hunter Boba Fett from that series and other Star Wars media starring Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen.
First teased in a surprise end-credit sequence following the Season 2 finale of The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett continues the adventures of the legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand as they navigate the underworld and stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate.
Lucasfilm and Disney Plus also dropped the official poster for the series, revealing a Dec. 29 release date.

The trailer reveals that Boba intends to rule over the slain Hutt's criminal empire "with respect" rather than fear and sheer domination.
The original series is executive produced by Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson. Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck serve as co-executive producers, with John Bartnicki producing and John Hampian as co-producer.
