From Korean romcom dramas to Hollywood action fantasy, Park Seo Joon is confirmed to be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as announced by his agency.

"Park has confirmed his appearance in a Marvel Studios film and left the country this afternoon," Awesome ENT said in a release on Friday, Sept. 3.

Moreover, Park's agency said that more details about the project will be shared soon, including the title of the movie, filming schedules and locations.

Back in June, Park was rumored to be casted for the sequel of Captain Marvel titled The Marvels starring Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, and Iman Vellani. This film is directed by Nia DaCosta and is known to begin filming this 2021 and set for release in 2023.

Additionally, Park's name is listed as one of the Top Cast members of The Marvels on its IMDb page, but no role was indicated yet. However, fans speculate that he will be playing Korean-American superhero Amadeus Cho, the son of Avengers: Age of Ultron’s Dr. Helen Cho.

Park will be the third Korean actor to star in a Marvel film. He is known for his roles in Itaewon Class and What's Wrong With Secretary Kim?.

We can't wait to see him in his superhero suit!
