Apple reveals PH prices for newest Watches and iPads

With no new iPhone in sight, tech giant Apple on September 16 unveiled a range of new covetables and services at its Time Flies event still sure to delight Steve Jobs' patrons.

What took the spotlight at the livestreamed media show-and-tell: Updated Apple Watches and iPads that as usual come descending with price tags not for the faint of heart.

The collection includes the Apple Watch SE, Apple Watch Series 6, iPad Air, eighth-generation iPad, and Apple One.

While Apple has yet to announce the exact date of its Philippine release, the brand has already revealed the functions and SRPs of its newest products on its website.

Apple Watch SE

The latest Apple Watch SE allows you to call and text, sync your music, track your activity, and more. It comes in aluminum cases and are available in the following colors: space gray, silver, gold, blue, and red. 

  • 40mm: ₱15,990 (for Sport Loop, Solo Loop, Nike Sport Loop, Nike Sport Band); ₱25,990 (Braided Solo Loop band)
  • 44mm: ₱17,990 (for Sport Loop, Solo Loop, Nike Sport Loop, Nike Sport Band); ₱27,990 (Braided Solo Loop band)

Apple Watch Series 6

The latest Apple Watch Series 6 has the same features as with previous Apple Watches—but even better; it allows you to measure your blood oxygen, monitor your heart rate, track your workout, and achieve your sleep goals. It comes in aluminum cases and is available in the following colors: space gray, silver, gold, blue, and red. 

  • 40mm: ₱22,990 (for Sport Loop, Solo Loop, Nike Sport Loop, Nike Sport Band); ₱25,990 (Braided Solo Loop band)
  • 44mm: ₱24,990 (for Sport Loop, Solo Loop, Nike Sport Loop, Nike Sport Band); ₱27,990 (Braided Solo Loop band)

iPad Air

The iPad Air with A14 Bionic features a 10.9-inch Retina display, 12MP rear camera, next-generation Touch ID sensor, and an all-day battery life. It also comes in five colors: space gray, silver, rose gold, green, and sky blue.

8th Generation iPad

The newest 8th Generation iPad features a 10.2-inch retina display, advanced cameras, and great all-day battery life. It comes in three colors: space gray, silver, and gold.

  • Wi-Fi: 32GB ₱18,990; 128GB ₱24,990
  • Wi-Fi and Cellular: 32GB ₱26,990; 128GB ₱32,990

Apple One

Keep all your Apple Subscriptions, yes, in one app via Apple One. "With Apple One, you can access the best of Apple entertainment across all your favorite devices with one simple subscription," Apple’s senior vice president of Internet Software and Services described the brand's new online service.

  • Individual: ₱375/month (includes Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and 50GB of iCloud storage).
  • Family: ₱490/month (includes Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and 100GB of iCloud storage and can be shared among up to five family members).
  • Premium is not available in the Philippines yet, but it is priced in the US at $29.95 per month, and can be shared among up to six family members. This offer also includes Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, Apple Fitness+, and 2TB of iCloud storage.
