Jennifer Garner and Judy Greer to reunite in Netflix's '13 Going on 30′ reboot
Jennifer Garner and Judy Greer are set to reunite in Netflix's adaptation of the cult-favorite film 13 Going On 30.
As seen in set photos shared by Just Jared and PEOPLE Magazine, the two were spotted filming a scene at a building in Santa Monica, California, for the reboot.
The plot of the reboot is still under wraps, and Netflix has not shared details on Garner and Greer's appearance in the upcoming offering.
Ahead of the news, Greer previously told Entertainment Tonight that she would love to work with Garner again.
“Every day of that job was joy," Greer said of their 2004 rom-com. "I do love to work for Jennifer Garner, so I probably have a really hard time saying no to her for anything. And she knows that, by the way.”
Garner is executive producing the film, with Brett Haley directing.
Among the confirmed cast members for the reboot are Jessica Alba, Taylor Ortega, Emily Bader, Logan Lerman, Tim Meadows, and Dan Bucatinsky.
13 Going on 30 follows the story of Jenna Rink, a 13-year-old girl who got her birthday wish of becoming “thirty, flirty, and thriving” granted overnight. She then found herself in an adult life—having a luxurious apartment, a thriving career, and a boyfriend. Its musical adaptation was staged in 2024 and was helmed by the film’s original writers, Josh Goldsmith and Cathy Yuspa.
