WATCH: Drag Race PH's Marina Summers is serving sultry spirit in her new single 'Divine'
Drag Race Philippines runner-up Marina Summers blessed her fans and looked sickening while doing so as she dropped the music video for her new single Divine.
This would be the drag queen's first music video, which she produced with Tarsier Records and Moophs. The single was dropped on Nov. 4 and is available on streaming platforms.
In the music video, Marina looked ethereal, like a goddess in gold as she emerged from the dreamy clouds. Aside from showing off her rocking bod, the queen also teased that there's a story to be continued.
"Grabe, i'm just so happy," she said during an IG live as the video launched. "Next week, we are dropping something as well."
"Divine is going to be a journey. There are a lot of things happening in the coming weeks. It doesn't stop in the music video," she added.
Divine is Marina's second single after her first song I Have Arrived released in November 2020. This would be her first release under Tarsier Records.
"The track is very inspired by heavenly bodies and how almost all people worship them. And as a queer person living in a Catholic/Christian country, it's the other way around. The LGBTQ+ community has always been condoned and deemed to be 'sinners' for just being queer alone," she said in a statement shared with NME. "Divine speaks about taking ownership and power of your body and individuality."
Marina Summers was in the top 4 of the first season of Drag Race Philippines alongside Eva Le Queen, Xilhouete, and winner Precious Paula Nicole.
