The singer announced his upcoming Manila show in an Instagram post late Thursday, June 27, teasing that it will be a "special performance."

"Philippines! I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be coming back to Manila on September 14th for a special performance," he wrote as he shared his official poster for the concert, where he will be singing some of his "most popular songs as well as some new ones, too."

"I might even sing some of my favorite OPM songs," he added. "I can’t wait to see you all then!"

Tickets are set to go on sale starting June 30 via TicketNet's official website and outlets nationwide. Prices range from P1,950 to P4,800.

The show will be held at the New Frontier Theater. Its exact time is yet to be announced.

David last visited the country in 2018 for a fundraising concert.

The American Idol Season 7 runner-up is best known for the hit songs Crush, Something 'Bout Love, and A Little Too Not Over You. He also covered OPM tracks like Nandito Ako, Rainbow, and You Are My Song, among others.
