Rosé to perform her solo track at BLACKPINK’s upcoming virtual concert
If you’re a certified Blink and your favorite Blackpink member is Rosé, the K-pop group’s upcoming virtual concert is going to be a double treat for you.
According to YG Entertainment, Rosé is set to unveil her solo track for the first time on Sunday, Jan. 31, at their highly anticipated global livestream concert dubbed “The Show.”
Their agency teased that it’s “completely different from Blackpink’s music to date,” adding that they have also filmed an official music video for it, which is still in the process of post-production.
Rosé gave fans a first look at her solo project in the form of a 30-second Instagram video:
Her debut makes her the second BLACKPINK member to release a solo track, following Jennie who wowed fans with her single SOLO in November 2018.
Excited for this virtual experience? The online affair will be aired on BLACKPINK’s official YouTube channel, which can be accessed via a paid membership—STANDARD for P1,798 (only for the digital concert) and PLUS for P2,398 (with behind-the-scenes content).
BLACKPINK is best known for their hit songs BOOMBAYAH (2016), DDU-DU DDU-DU (2018), Kill This Love (2019), among others.
