Early Monday monring, many netizens online posted reports from various precincts of Vote Counting Machines (VCMs) either breaking down or being corrupted and voters being asked to either come back or leave their shaded ballots for the teachers to insert into the VCMs.
So many reports about broken VCMs. Please, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BALLOTS until you have placed them inside working machines. Make your vote count! 🇵🇭— Robi Domingo (@robertmarion) May 9, 2022

If VCMs are not working, please wait until they're fixed so you would feed your ballot yourself to the machine. This is optional but we encourage you not to let anyone else touch your ballot.#Eleksyon2022 #VoteSAFEPilipinas— Team Ateneo (@AteneOBF) May 9, 2022
