Mark Hamill is back in his Luke Skywalker's robes, without the de-aging CGI this time.

In a trailer for upcoming series on Disney+, fans are treated to a clip of Hamill in Luke's black robes with R2-D2 and Grogu a.k.a. Baby Yoda.

This teaser is a sneak peek at Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, a documentary special about the season 2 finale of the Star Wars series, premiering on Aug. 25. Disney says the episode will showcase the technology used to recreate Luke, working with Hamill, and the "immense pressure and responsibility the filmmakers had in bringing back one of the most important characters in film history."

(Spoiler alert for those who aren't caught up on The Mandalorian) For most of season 2, bounty hunter Din Djarin was looking for a suitable mentor for young Grogu. They then found Luke Skywalker himself who was drawn to Grogu's power.

Season 3 is expected to begin production soon and will hit the streaming service in 2022, while a spinoff titled The Book of Boba Fett will arrive later in the year on Disney+.
