LIST: Here are the 2024 Gawad Urian nominees

The nominees for the 47th Gawad Urian Awards have been released.

The Manunuri ng Pelikulang Pilipino dropped the nominations for the 2024 awards ceremony via a Facebook post on Friday, May 10. Leading the pack is GomBurZa with 12 nods such as Best Picture and Best Screenplay, followed by Firefly with 10, including the aforementioned categories.

Third World Romance and Ang Duyan ng Magiting are each nominated in seven categories. Iti Mapukpukaw (The Missing) is the only nominee for Best Animation.

Below is the full list of nominees for the upcoming Gawad Urian Awards, which will take place at the De La Salle University on June 8.
