Japanese fantasy romance anime ‘Bubble’ arrives on Netflix, plus more new shows to watch this weekend

The Japanese anime film Bubble, which comes from the same animation studio that produced Attack on Titan, just dropped worldwide on Netflix on Thursday, April 28.
Bubble, which is described as an “anti-gravity fantasy romance” is set in an alternate world where bubbles raining down upon the world have broken the laws of gravity and groups of young people compete in parkour team battles across the skyline of Tokyo.

Science-fiction thrillers like 10 Cloverfield Lane, the second installment in the apocalyptic Cloverfield franchise and Gravity, which stars Sandra Bullock and George Clooney as astronauts stranded in space, will be arriving on the streaming giant this Sunday (May 1) as well.
