People are already making memes about the 2024 Paris Olympics logo
With the hype of the ongoing 2020 Tokyo Olympics still going strong, there are undeniably high expectations for the next Olympics in 2024—and the Internet is nothing if not nitpicky.
The official logo of the 2024 Paris Olympics unveiled back in 2019 has become a trending meme on Twitter, and not exactly for good reasons.
The emblem serves as a mix of three design choices: a gold medal, the Olympic/Paralympic flame, and Marianne, the national personification of the French republic introduced during the revolution.
