WATCH: 'Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse' trailer sees Miles Morales meeting more Spideys
Miles Morales is back to save the multiverse and he's meeting more Spider-Men from different realities.
A new trailer for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, the upcoming sequel to the Oscar-winning animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, has dropped and it touts all the amazing visuals the first movie did.
The trailer starts with Miles getting a pep talk from his mom as clips from the previous film play. As our hero chills out in his bed, Gwen Stacy, a.k.a. Spider-Gwen, appears and takes him to a multiverse with hundreds of spider-people.
While this Spidey-verse sounds great on the outside, the other super-powered beings begin attacking each other and there seems to be an unseen threat.
Directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson, Across the Spider-Verse stars Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Jake Johnson, Issa Rae, Daniel Kaluuya, Jason Schwartzman, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez, and Oscar Isaac.
The film is set to hit theaters on June 2, 2023.
