LIST: The winners at Cinemalaya 2026
The 22nd Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival wrapped up with an awards ceremony recognizing the standout films and filmmakers of this year’s edition.
Among the biggest winners were Mag-iina by Giancarlo Abrahan, which took home Best Film in the full-length category, and Silkscreen by Rey Anthony Villaverde, which won Best Film in the short film category. Other notable winners included 2 Valid IDs, Tayo Lang Ang Nakakaalam, A.ni.mál, and Elenita, Elena, Elaine.
