BTS drops the teaser for their new music video 'Permission to Dance'
Up in the wild west! BTS just released the teaser for their new music video Permission to Dance.
The Bangtan Boys stunned their fans following the release of their MV teaser on Wednesday, July 7 at midnight KST.
Ed Sheeran co-written Permission to Dance, which will be featured on BTS' forthcoming CD version of their latest hit track Butter.
The opening of the 30-second teaser showed SUGA reading a magazine then strides his way along with other BTS members. The Bangtan Boys appeared in a cowboy inspired style with their loose denim outfit, boots, and hat as they swayed along with the beat.
The said music video, together with their CD version Butter, will be released on the same day on Friday, July 9.
In a recent interview with Sheeran last June 27, the Grammy-winning singer/songwriter tells Most Requested Live how stoked he was with the new collaboration with BTS.
“I’ve actually worked with BTS on their last record, and I’ve just written a song for their new record. And they’re like super, super cool guys as well,” he said.
In 2019, Sheeran collaborated with BTS in their Make it Right, featuring Lauv. The song was part of the album Map of the Soul: Persona.
The Permission to Dance MV teaser is currently #1 trending on Youtube with more than 19 million views.
