When the Stars Gossip

Dubbed as South Korea's first space romantic comedy, it follows the unconventional love story between a male OB-GYN space tourist and a female space station commander.
WWE RAW
Status: Streaming on Netflix starting Jan. 6
ARE... YOU... READY??? World Wrestling Entertainment, or WWE, is debuting on the platform after the company acquired its rights.
The debut episode will feature performers from the Raw and SmackDown brands, as well as a performance from rapper Travis Scott.
The Pitt
Status: Streaming on Max starting Jan. 9
Starring: Noah Wyle, Tracey Ifeachor, Patrick Ball, Supriya Ganesh, Fiona Dourif, Taylor Dearden, Isa Briones, Gerran Howell, Shabana Azeez, Katherine LaNasa
The 15-episode medical drama follows a doctor's 15-hour shift as an emergency room attendant at Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital. The series will tackle “the challenges facing healthcare workers in today’s America as seen through the lens of the frontline heroes working in a modern-day hospital.”
On Call
Status: Streaming on Prime Video starting Jan. 9
Starring: Troian Bellisario, Brandon Larracuente, Eriq LaSalle, Lori Loughlin, Rich Ting
The series follows a veteran and a rookie, who deal with the aftermath of a fellow officer's death and the complex politics of modern policing in Long Beach, California.
With Love, Meghan
Status: Streaming on Netflix starting Jan. 15
Starring: Meghan Markle
The eight-episode series will see Meghan Markle sharing tips on cooking, gardening, crafting, flower arranging, and hosting.
She will have guests, including celebrated chef Alice Waters, actress Mindy Kaling, and close friend Abigail Spencer, one of Meghan's Suits co-stars.
Her husband, Prince Harry, also appears.
Unmasked
Status: Streaming on Disney+ starting Jan. 15
Starring: Kim Hye Soo, Jung Sung Il, Joo Jong Hyuk
The series revolves around Korea’s first Investigative Journalism Bureau and its three reporters, who would do anything to tell the truth to power.
Unstoppable
Status: Streaming on Prime Video starting Jan. 16
Starring: Jharrel Jerome, Jennifer Lopez, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, Don Cheadle
It's a biopic of Anthony Robles, who was born with one leg but whose indomitable spirit and unbreakable resolve empowered him to defy the odds and pursue his dreams as a wrestler.
A Real Pain
Status: Streaming on Disney+ starting Jan. 16
Starring: Jesse Eisenberg, Kieran Culkin
The comedy movie follows mismatched New York Jewish cousins David and Benji, who travel to Poland to honor their late grandmother. However, their adventure becomes complicated when old tensions resurface as they explore their family history.
Becoming Hitchcock: The Legacy of Blackmail
Status: Streaming on Max starting Jan. 16
The documentary draws from archive material and explores the creation of filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock's Blackmail in 1929.
It had its world premiere at the Lumière Film Festival in France on Oct. 18.
Back in Action
Status: Streaming on Netflix starting Jan. 17
Starring: Cameron Diaz, Jamie Foxx
The movie revolves around Emily and Matt, who retired as CIA spies to start a family. They, however, get dragged back into the world of espionage when their cover is blown.
Severance Season 2
Status: Streaming on Apple TV starting Jan. 17
Starring: Adam Scott, Britt Lower, Tramell Tillman, Zach Cherry, Jen Tullock, Michael Chernus, Dichen Lachman, Emmy Award winner John Turturro, Christopher Walken, Patricia Arquette, Sarah Bock
The highly anticipated second season of the sci-fi psychological thriller series follows Mark Scout once again, as well as his friends who “learn the dire consequences of trifling with the severance barrier, leading them further down a path of woe.”
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
Status: Streaming on Disney+ starting Jan. 29
Starring: Hudson Thames, Colman Domingo, Eugene Byrd, Grace Song, Zeno Robinson, Hugh Dancy, Charlie Cox, Kari Wahlgren, Paul F. Tompkins
The animated series is the latest entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It explores the origin story of Peter Parker and his early days as Spider-Man.
It's set in an alternate timeline where Peter's mentor is Norman Osborn instead of Tony Stark.
